RECIPES / Stir fried Squid with Roasted Chilli Paste

Ingredient
   
1. Squid : 250 grams.
2. Spring Onion : 50 grams.
3. Red Chilli (Slice) : 1 tablespoon.
4. Onion (Slice) : 1/4 cups.
5. Roasted Chilli Paste : 2 teaspoon.
6. Soy Sauce : 1 teaspoon.
7. Sugar : 1/2 teaspoon.
8. Vegetable oil : 1 – 2 tablespoon.
      
Method

1. Put the Vegetable oil in wok and pace over medium heat.
2. Add Squid and Onion, then stir until done.     
3. Add Roasted Chilli Paste, Soy Sauce, Spring Onion,
   Red Chilli and Sugar.     
4. Stir well and cooked  about  2 minutes, turn off the heat.
