Ingredient
1. Pad Thai Sauce 50 g.
2. Shrimp & bean sprout 100 g.
3. Egg 1 egg.
4. Noodle 100 g.
5. Vegetable oil 1-2 teaspoonp
Method
1. Add noodle to boiling water cook for 3 minute drain
water off.
2. Heat oil in a work until hot. Add egg and stir-fry until
scrambled and then, add shrimp and stir-fry well done.
3. Add noodle , bean sprout and Pad Thai Sauce stir-fry well
coated with sauce.
4. Remove from heat.
