RECIPES / Tom Yam

Ingredient

1.   Tom Yam Paste 100 g.
2.   Water 500 g.
3.   Shrimp / Squid 100 g.
4.   Mushroom / Galanga / Lemongrass 50 g.
5.   Coriander and Kaffir lime leaf for top up

Method

1.   Boiling water and add galangal and lemongrass to boil
      about 3 minutes.
2.   Add Tom Yam Paste and cooking well then, add Shrimp
      or Squid  to boil  until well done.
3.   Add Mushroom and cook until well done.
4.   Add Coriander and Kaffir lime leaf  for top up before serve.
