Pad Thai Sauce
Ingredient:
- Pad Thai Sauce 50 g.
- Shrimp & bean sprout 100 g.
- Egg 1 egg.
- Noodle 100 g.
- Vegetable oil 1-2 teaspoon.
Method:
- Add noodle to boiling water cook for 3 minute drain water off.
- Heat oil in a work until hot. Add egg and stir-fry until scrambled and then, add shrimp and stir-fry well done.
- Add noodle , bean sprout and Pad Thai Sauce stir-fry well coated with sauce.
- Remove from heat.
