Stir fried Squid with Roasted Chilli Paste
Ingredient:
- Squid : 250 grams.
- Spring Onion : 50 grams.
- Red Chilli (Slice) : 1 tablespoon.
- Onion (Slice) : 1/4 cups.
- Roasted Chilli Paste : 2 teaspoon.
- Soy Sauce : 1 teaspoon.
- Sugar : 1/2 teaspoon.
- Vegetable oil : 1 – 2 tablespoon.
Method:
- Put the Vegetable oil in wok and pace over medium heat.
- Add Squid and Onion, then stir until done.
- Add Roasted Chilli Paste, Soy Sauce, Spring Onion, Red Chilli and Sugar.
- Stir well and cooked about 2 minutes, turn off the heat.
